    • Product condition: The product must be returned in its original, unused, undamaged condition and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
    • Accepted return reasons:
      • Defective or damaged product upon receipt.
      • Error on our part (wrong product sent).
      • Product does not match the description on the site.
